Tata Sierra Production Model Rendered

Tata Sierra Production Model Rendered

Tata Motors showcased the Sierra EV Concept for the first time at the 2020 Auto Expo. The concept model received an overwhelming response as Sierra is one of the iconic nameplates in the auto industry. At the 2023 Auto Expo, the company showcased a closer-to-production version of the Sierra as the company has slightly toned down the design. Recently patent images of the production version of Sierra have been leaked online, which reveals how the SUV could look in a production avatar.

Based on the patent images, Pratyush Rout from Rushlane has released a rendering of the production version of Sierra. The rendering image shows a slightly different face compared to the patent image. Instead of the Tata logo, the rendering artist has given full-length LED DRLs, which get a design similar to the Tata logo. The grille’s fine mesh pattern gives the SUV a wider look and the bumper design is unique with Sierra’s name written on it. The black plastic cladding running across the body is a signature SUV design touch.

The Sierra is expected to come with faux skid plates at the front and rear while the alloy wheels on this rendering version are very aggressive we can expect a toned-down version but the design highlight is certainly going to be the panoramic window for the rear passengers and the C-pillar gets a black finish to get a continues theme. The door handles are integrated into the body and the rear is expected to get full-length LED tail lamps. The Sierra will be based on Tata’s Gen 3 platform, which is designed specifically for electric vehicles. The launch could take place next year.
