Tata Safari Facelift With New Curvv Inspired Design Spied

Tata Motors is working on an update for both the Harrier and Safari, we have seen multiple prototypes of both these models several times on public roads. A new prototype of Safari facelift has been spotted with Curvv Concept-inspired design theme for the first time but this particular test mule is in its early days as the dummy headlamps are positioned instead of the real ones so the company might be yet to finalise the design or the structure.

The headlamps will be positioned vertically and replaced the current set-up which does look like an after though and the Harrier/Safari will be the first Tata models to feature full LED headlamps. The LED DRL is expected to be a full-length unit like what we have seen on the Curvv Concept. The bumper also gets a new design and rumours are indicating that the logo design will be changed but we can see the same old logo on the rear of this prototype.

Tata Motors will introduce a new design for the alloy wheels and the mirrors are also get a re-touch. The changes to the rear include a new set of LED tail lamps and a new bumper. We are not expecting major design changes for the interior as it will come with a new infotainment system and instrument cluster that is already available on the current model. The diesel engine will be carried forward along with a new turbo petrol engine.
