Maruti Suzuki Jimny Automatic Variants Price Dropped

Maruti Suzuki officially introduced the Jimny in June 2023 as the lifestyle was one of the most awaited models to be launched last year. Since then we have seen several price changes for the Jimny. The latest round of price updates makes the Jimny even more affordable but this is not applicable for all variants. Maruti Suzuki is offering the Jimny in two variants – Alpha and Zeta, along with a dual-tone option on the Alpha variant.

The automatic variants of the Jimny price have been reduced by Rs. 10,000 but the manual model price is the same. The entry-level manual variant of the Jimny price starts at Rs. 12.74 lakhs and goes all the way up to Rs. 15 Lakh for the Alpha automatic dual-tone (Both prices, Ex-Showroom). The Jimny 5-Door made its global debut at the 2023 Auto Expo and since the official price announcement, the buzz around the model has come down.

The Jimny 5-Door is powered by a 1.5 L K15B series engine producing 105 PS of power and 143 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual and 4-speed auto. The Jimny debuted Suzuki’s AllGrip Pro in India which comes with a proper manual transfer case with ‘2WD-high’, ‘4WD-high’ and ‘4WD-low’. To help off-roading, Maruti has added a 3-link rigid axle suspension, an electronic traction control system along with ladder frame chassis.
