Skoda Octavia Facelift Design Sketches Released, Launch Next Week

Skoda is going to reveal the Octavia facelift on February 14 and the company has released the official design sketches of the new model, which gave us a first look at the design updates. The overall design theme of the Octavia will be retained on the new model but the major changes are coming at the front with redesigned headlamps with new sharper-looking LED DRLs and top-end variants to come with Matrix LED units.

The design sketches could be based on the performance model RS variant as the bumper design is sporty while the side gets a new shoulder line that starts from the headlamps and extends to the tail lamp. We can expect Skoda to offer sporty-looking alloy wheels too. The changes to the rear are not major like the front as the LED tail lamps have been updated along with a new bumper. Skoda might offer some new color options too.

The interior is yet to be revealed as earlier spy shots confirm that the center console gets a new infotainment system, which is larger than the current model, and new software which will be even more intuitive. Along with the regular model, Skoda will reveal a station wagon and a performance version. Skoda discontinued the current Octavia in India but the company might re-introduce the model with the latest update sometime in 2025.
