By Mahindra XUV700 is one of the most popular SUVs in the Indian market and the company has announced that the XUV700 sales Crossed 1,00,000 units. The SUV has managed to achieve this milestone within 20 months of launch as the company delivered the initial 50,000 units in the first year while the second 50,000 units took just 8 months.
The average monthly sale of XUV700 is around 5000 units and currently the company has backlog of close to 80,000 units. The waiting period for most of the variants is around one year but the company is increasing the production to 8000 units per month to reduce the backlog which is why they even decided not to launch any new products this year. The XUV700 is available in both petrol and diesel with automatic or manual with option of 2WD or 4WD.
