Tata Motors showcased the production version of Curvv at the Bharat Mobility Expo but the company hasn’t revealed the interior of the coupe sedan. The first images of the Curvv interior have been leaked ahead of the launch. The dashboard of the Curvv will be heavily inspired by the Nexon as parts sharing is evident from the images which will reduce the outright cost for Tata Motors as the economics of scale plays a big part, especially for mass market cars. This design theme certainly elevates the premium feel of the cabin.
The dashboard is dominated by a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the middle and most of the things can be controlled from this screen. The company is also offering a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster and it is expected to come with the same design theme as we have seen on the Nexon. The three-layer layout of the dashboard is similar to what we saw on the updated Nexon. The Curvv production model comes with a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo in the middle.
Some of the features expected on the Curvv include an 8-speaker Harman audio system, climate control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, sunroof (panoramic sunroof won’t be offered), 360-degree camera, rear AC vents, wireless charger and more. Apart from this, the company might offer ADAS on the Curvv but it hasn’t been confirmed yet. Initially, the Curvv will come in EV only but later the company will offer a turbo petrol engine and the 1.5 L diesel engine from Nexon with manual and automatic gearbox options.
