Updated Bajaj Pulsar N250 Launched In India At Rs. 1.51 Lakh

Bajaj officially launched the updated Pulsar N250 in India at the starting price of Rs. 1.51 Lakh (Ex-Showroom). This is the first update for the Pulsar N250 since its launch. The major change for the Pulsar N250 is the introduction of new 37 mm upside-down forks which is the same diameter as the earlier telescopic forks. Apart from this, the company hasn’t any other mechanical changes on the updated Pulsar N250 and finally, the company is offering different colour options as it comes in White, Red and Black colour combinations.

The upside-down forks are finished in golden colour on the White and Red colours while the all-black finish with some red elements does make it stand out. Another major upgrade for the N250 is the introduction of a new LCD display for the instrument cluster which is the same unit available on the Pulsar N150 and N160 as the Bluetooth connectivity gives information like notification and navigation alerts on the display. Bajaj already offered Pulsar N250 with dual-channel ABS but the new model gets different modes.

The dual-channel ABS modes include Rain, Road and Off-Road but the company hasn’t given the option to completely switch off the ABS. Bajaj also offers different track modes and in off-road mode, the traction control can be completely turned off. The Pulsar N250 now comes with bigger tyres as both front and rear get 17-inch alloy wheels with 110/70 section tyre at the front and 140/section tyre at the rear. The 249 cc single-cylinder engine has been retained from the earlier model with 24.5hp at 8,750rpm and 21.5Nm at 6,500rpm, mated to 6-speed gearbox. When compared to the earlier model, the price has been increased by just Rs. 829.
