By Tata Motors officially introduced the Nexon Facelift last year and since then the model has been so popular across the country. The Nexon is one of the best-selling model in its segment. According to new reports, the petrol variant of the Nexon waiting period extends to more than eight weeks while the diesel variant will have to wait for four to six weeks but this can change depending on city and variants.
Recently the Nexon facelift model scored full five stars in Global NCAP crash test. The Nexon scored 32.22 points out of 34 points for adult occupancy and 44.52 points out of 49 points for child occupancy protection. The protection offered to the driver’s and passenger’s head and neck was good during the front crash test while the chest showed adequate protection.
The footwell area has been rated stable passenger’s tibias showed good protection. During the frontal crash test, the bodyshell was rated as stable and it is capable of withstanding further loadings. On the side impact test, the head, abdomen and pelvis showed good protection while the chest showed adequate protection. Tata Nexon facelift is available in both diesel and petrol with manual and automatic gearbox options.
