By Tata Motors officially launched the Nexon EV Dark Edition earlier this month in the Indian market. The Indian manufacturer has started dispatching the Nexon EV Dark Edition to dealerships and the deliveries are expected to begin soon. Most of the dealerships have their demo cars The Nexon EV Dark Edition price starts at Rs. 11.45 Lakh (Ex-Showroom), which is Rs. 35,000 more than the regular variant. The Dark Edition models of Tata Motors are extremely popular thanks to their all-black design.
Like the previous Dark Edition models, most of the changes are cosmetics everything gets a dark finish which makes the model stand out from regular variants. Some of the features available on the Nexon Dark Edition include a wireless charger, sunroof, hidden capacitive touch panel for climate control, black leatherette seats, illuminated logo on the steering wheel, touch screen infotainment system with the latest software of Tata Motors, digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats and more.
Like the ICE variant of Nexon, the EV also comes with all the features that are available on the regular variant. The long-range variant of the Nexon EV comes with a 40.5 kWh battery pack producing 145 hp of power and 215 Nm of torque. The claimed range of Nexon EV is 465 Km and it is one of the reasons for its huge popularity. The Nexon EV is available only with the top-end variant and it is priced at Rs. 19.49 lakh (Ex-Showroom) which makes it Rs. 10,000 more expensive than the regular variant.
