The Indian military force is ranked 4th in the world and the force is well known for its strength and power. And one of the desirable vehicles the Army can rely on is the country’s largest running SUV the Scorpio. The Army spec Scorpio classic has been spotted in the country with the pride military green colour.
The Army spec Scorpio is equipped with 4wd enabling the vehicle to go anywhere through any terrain. the vehicle is seen with some minor changes and updates on the exterior. The front and side of the vehicle remain unchanged however over the rear the vehicle gets small taillights instead of the elongated vertical taillights and also at the rear the vehicle gets a very important trailer hook to pull large trolleys. The interior of the vehicle also largely remains the same as the standard Scorpio it includes a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, fully automatic temperature control, 2nd row AC vents, faux leather steering wheel, tilt steering, 12V power outlet, and fabric seat upholstery. Scorpio Classic is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel motor that generates 130 HP of max power and 300 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The army spec Scorpio is expected to get a tuned engine with high performance and torque.
