Official: Tata Curvv Production Model Is Here

Tata Motors is on a roll as the company is rapidly expanding its portfolio across different segments. At the last Auto Expo, we saw the near-production ready version of the Curvv and finally, the company revealed the Curvv Production model in its ICE version. The official images showcase the Curvv production model in an orange colour with a contrasting black roof, which makes the model stand out. The company has maintained the same design theme of the concept version except for the changes that are required for the production model.

The front design is similar to the Nexon facelift model with full-length LED DRLs along with the black finish giving a sporty look for the Curvv. The lower portion of the bumper also gets the same black finish while the headlamps are positioned vertically with LED lights. Tata Motors has given faux skid plates at the front and rear along with black plastic cladding running across the body. The ground clearance appears to be high but we are not expecting the same to be followed on the production version as it might impact overall dynamics.

The alloy wheels look stunning and we hope that the production version also gets it. The coupe-like roofline is certainly the stand-out part of the design theme with a rising shoulder line. The mirrors are similar to those on the Nexon and the Curvv will be the first Tata product to get pop-up door handles. The rear gets full-length LED tail lamps and the bumper design is similar to those on the Nexon. The Curvv will be available in petrol, diesel and electric versions followed by a CNG version later. The launch is expected to take place in the second half of this year.
