LML Is Coming Back To India With Electric Scooter

Lohia Machinery Limited or LML is coming back in India with a new electric scooter. The e scooter named Star was showcased at the autoexpo 2023. The brand has a long gap in the automobile industry and it is coming back into action with the future mobility. However the brand has announced its comeback last year and today on January 12 of 2022 the brand has showcased its electric scooter Star to a wider audience. The e scooter Star is the first electric vehicle from the brand and it is most likely to go in production and launch later.

LML Star electric scooter looks futuristic with its dual-tone theme and its LED lighting setup consisting of LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) and a projector headlight. Apart from that, the scooter is finished in black and white colours with splashes of red accents for a sportier appeal. The Star e scooter is equipped with digital instrument cluster, a reverse mode for easy parking, hill-hold assist, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) etc. LML has brought the vehicle to the market with more features and tech.The vehicle is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a peak power of 5 kW and 38 Nm of torque. The motor is powered by a 4.0 kWh battery pack. Apart from the e scooter Star the manufacturer is also planning to bring 2 more EVs to the market that are the Moonshot electric motorcycle and Orion electric bike.
