Keeway India Launches The Retrotastic SR250 At Rs. 1,49,000 Lakhs

Adishwar Auto Ride India Pvt. Ltd (AARI), an established manufacturer in the Indian superbike market, launched the Keeway SR250 at Rs. 1,49,000. The Hungarian motorcycle brand Keeway is a significant player in the European two-wheeler category and today, its product line covers scooters, motorcycles and ATVs with displacements ranging from 125cc to 1200 cc. However the new SR250 is the brands 8th product offering in the Indian market and also the 2nd offering in the SR series line-up. The Keeway SR250 is a retro looking Motorcycle that is targeted to mature people who love the retro design which gives a nostalgic memory of the past 2 wheeler motoring.

The motorcycle is designed to look retro but it is equipped with all modern tech and features to give a hassle free riding experience. The motorcycle has a round headlight that enhances the retro look. The fuel tank and the seats host a very clean simple look that will give the rider and pillion equal comfort. The manufacturer is completely sucessful in making the vehicle more retro with the minimalistic approach. The bike is powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 223cc engine with EFI, the Keeway SR250 produces 16.08HP of peak power at 7500rpm, along with 16 Nm of maximum torque at 6500rpm. Braking is taken care of by a 300mm disk upfront and a 210mm disk at the rear, with the safety net of dual-channel ABS. The 160mm ground clearance is also apt to tackle Indian road conditions, while the rear adjustable suspension will take care of riding requirements.
