Hyundai To Debut Next-Generation Venue In 2025

Hyundai Venue is one of the most popular models in the compact SUV segment. Now the company is developing a second generation of the Venue. Set to make its debut in 2025, the new model, internally known as the Q2Xi, is expected to continue the success story that the first-generation Venue, codenamed QXi, has achieved. The first-gen Venue has proven to be a consistent top performer in Hyundai’s lineup, particularly in the Indian market where it’s internally codenamed with an ‘i’ for India. Its sales have been robust, maintaining a steady momentum for the brand.

The Venue, known for its distinctive design and exceptional features, stands alongside other successful SUVs like the Hyundai Creta. Presently, the Venue offers a diverse range of choices with 13 available variants, catering to various preferences and needs of the customers. Impressively, the Venue recently celebrated a significant milestone by crossing the 4,50,000-unit sales mark in India alone, solidifying its position as a fan-favourite in the competitive subcompact SUV segment.

The Q2Xi will be the first model to roll off the production line at Hyundai’s freshly acquired Talegaon plant. This milestone holds immense strategic importance as Hyundai aims to optimize its production capabilities and cater to the ever-growing demand in the Indian automobile market. With the brand’s track record of producing compelling and feature-rich vehicles, the Q2Xi is poised to set new benchmarks in the subcompact SUV category, not only building upon the foundation laid by its predecessor but also propelling Hyundai’s reputation for innovation and excellence to new heights.
