By Hero MotoCorp sold 4,91,050 units in November 2023, including domestic and exports as the Indian two-wheeler giant registered Year-on-Year growth of 25.61 per cent, which is good considering that most manufacturers are registering gradual growth. Last month, the company sold 4,41,276 units compared to 3,52,834 units in November 2022 which is a Year-on-Year growth of 25.07 per cent while scooter sales have also gone up by 30.65 per cent as the company sold 49,774 units compared to 38,098 units in the same month last year.
The exports of Hero MotoCorp are not very big as they have a manufacturing plant in different countries the company exported 14,764 units in November 2023 compared to 11,093 units in the same month last year. When comparing the total units sold last month compared to the same month in 2022, the Splendor maker was able to add more than 1,00,118 units. The improved numbers are thanks to the introduction of new models especially in the scooter segment as it is one of the areas Hero MotorCorp always lacks.
When we look at the Month-on-Month numbers, Hero MotoCorp registered negative growth as motorcycle sales have come down by 16.64 per cent but scooter sales posted 9.18 per cent growth in November compared to October. The overall exports have come down by 400 units compared to October in November. In December, we can expect the Month-on-Month growth to be positive as year-end offers will certainly help to increase numbers while Hero MotoCorp is planning to launch multiple products next year.
