By BMW is going to introduce the 3 Series Gran Limo facelift in January. The 3 Series Facelift or LCI, which is what BMW would like to call made its global debut in May 2022 and the company didn’t take much time to introduce the model in India. The German manufacturer already revealed the M340i in India at the Joy Town event held in Delhi earlier this month. The Gran Limo is also expected to be revealed alongside the regular 3 Series as it is one of the best-selling models of the lineup in India and appeals to chauffer-driven buyers a lot.
The 3 Series continues the same design theme as the earlier model but the company has made some tweaks, the big thing is that the 3 Series retains the same kidney grille as earlier but it is slightly lower and wider than the previous version. Most of the rumours were pointing towards the 3 Series coming with a 7 Series-like grille but it could come with the generation change. The headlamps are the same but the L-shape DRLs get a new design and the designers have made some changes to the bumper.
The side remains the same except for new alloy wheels while the rear comes with the same LED tail lamps along with a tweaked bumper. But the big change is inside as the 3 Series gets updated 8th generation of i-drive. The instrument cluster is a 12.3-inch unit while the infotainment system is 14.9 inches and it is packed with lots of features and technologies. BMW will pack in lots of advanced features with the facelift model and it will be powered by the same petrol and diesel engines as the earlier model with 8-speed automatic gearbox.
