By BMW India has launched the first-ever BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé in the country. Locally-produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai, the car is available in a diesel variant at all BMW India dealerships from today onwards. The petrol variant will be launched later. The first-ever BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé perfectly blends the comfort of a sedan and the sportiness of a coupé. The stylish design stands out with an elongated silhouette and frameless doors.

BMW 2 Series interior follows the same design theme as other models and the quality of materials is top-notch. The newly designed Sport Seats with electrical memory function offer greater long-distance comfort. The 2 Series Gran Coupe is powered by 2.0 L diesel engine, which does duty on so many other models of BMW and it produces 190 hp and 430 Nm of torque, mated to 8-speed auto. The entry-level Sport Line trim is priced at Rs. 39.30 Lakh and Rs. 41.40 Lakh for the M-Sport trim.
