By One of the problems faced by most of the electric vehicle customers across the country is that they need to download multiple applications on the smartphone and create accounts in each of them to make use of different charging stations as there is not a single app to make use of everything. Audi India officially introduced ‘Charge My Audi’ section in the ‘myaudiconnect’ application and it will be available for all customers.
Audi India has partnered with five charging stations – Aargo EV Smart, Charge Zone, Relux Electric, LionCharge and Zeon Charging the customer just needs to find out the nearest charging station from the ‘myaudiconnect’ app and simply book the charger for the desired time right from the application as they need not to download any other specific app. This application also shows gives navigation to the charger along with other details like whether they are available or not.
Everything from the payment to starting/stopping the charger to real-time information will be available on the Audi application. This feature will be free for all Audi customers till August 2023 and post then the company will charge a fee for this feature. One of the advantages of partnering with these five charging stations is that it will open up more than 750 charging locations across the country for Audi e-tron customers and we really hope that other manufacturers also do something like this.
