Audi A3 Facelift Officially Revealed With Minor Changes

Audi officially revealed the facelift version of the A3 for global markets. The A3 is one of the oldest sedans in Audi’s lineup and the fourth-generation model made its debut back in 2020. Since then the company has introduced minor updates to keep the model fresh. The latest updates for the A3 sedan are also small compared to the outgoing model. The changes start at the front with a single-frame grille, which has become a trademark of new-generation Audi models, which is now joined into the lower air intake.

Audi has also changed the position of the logo as it is now placed on the top of the hood instead of on the grille. This is one of the biggest changes for the new model and the company has given a new design for the bumper which looks sporty. The headlamps have been tweaked with four customisable daytime lighting signatures. The changes to the side are limited to just a new set of alloy wheels while the rear gets updated LED tail lamps and a new bumper with a black mesh insert for a sporty look.

The interior is almost the same as the existing model with a 12.3-inch infotainment system and 10.25-inch instrument cluster, as the company has updated the software. The gear lever is a small knob and the AC vents also get a new design. Some of the other updates include 30-colour ambient lighting, a backlit front door and a decorative fabric panel. Globally, Audi is expected to offer 1.5 L diesel and petrol engines with the option of manual and automatic gearbox options but the exact power figures are not yet revealed.
