By TVS has filed a patent for a new design which looks like a cruiser bike to take on Royal Enfield. The only image available is from the front as it reveals that the upcoming bike gets round headlamps along with upside down forks and bigger tyres as it gives a muscular look for the cruiser bike. The handle bar is wide and positioned higher like those on cruiser motorcycles.
Another thing we can make out is that the exhaust is a single piece one which is positioned on the right hand side and the engine appears to be oil-cooled. There were some reports that TVS is developing a new 500+ twin-cylinder engine as it could be used on a wide variety of bikes from TVS and Norton. We could get more details about the new bike in coming months.
