By Tata Motors has teased the upcoming electric offerings from the brand in the country through social media. And in the teaser, the brand showcases the future of its electric mobility by showing 3 different vehicles and it is found out that the teased vehicles are the Tata Harrier and Safari EV along with the Tiago EV. However, no details of the vehicles are revealed yet but the teaser is a promise by the carmaker to expect the vehicles in new avatars and the Tiago EV teased is expected to get a special edition.
The main attraction of the Tata Motors pavilion will be the flagship electric SUVS along with the Curvv and Avinya electric concepts. The Harrier and Safari EVs are also more likely to be showcased as a concept. Both the SUVs are huge and the carmaker needed to bring in a large battery pack and more efficient motor to power the SUVs. It is also needed to find out whether the SUVs are direct conversion from ICE to electric or if the platform gets any changes or not. The technical data of the vehicle is largely anticipated.
Tata also teased the Tiago EV that was launched in India on December 2022. Tata could possibly showcase a special edition version of the Tiago EV, perhaps an NRG EV edition or even a Dark Edition that will mostly be limited to cosmetic updates. This, too, is quite speculative till Tata officially reveals the electric hatchback at the motor show. Tata Motors Gen 2 electric architecture based Curvv will also be in the display along with the Avinya concept which is a grounds-up electric vehicle concept from Tata Motors underpinned by a grounds-up EV skateboard architecture.
