Royal Enfield is finally stepping into the pre-owned bike business with the introduction of Reown. This new initiative will make buying or selling Royal Enfield bikes much easier and a hassle-free experience for the customer. Initially, the Reown program is available in Cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai, the company is planning to expand its operations in the coming months.
One of the main highlights of the Reown program is that it will be a seamless process for the customers as all the motorcycles undergo more than 200 mechanical checkpoints which will make the ownership worry-free for the customer. During the checking process, if any parts need to be changed then the company will swap them with genuine parts and refurbish the product to get the new bike feel. Royal Enfield is also offering a 7-day return policy, so if the customer is not satisfied then they could swap it for another model.
Royal Enfield will also give a dedicated relationship manager to the customers so that the process can be taken care of much more easily and customers don’t have to worry much. This new program will certainly introduce new customers to Royal Enfield as they will be able to get into the Royal Enfield family at a lower price point. The company is also giving loyalty benefits of up to Rs. 5000 for genuine motorcycle accessories if the customer sells their existing bikes via Reown program, which is an attractive option for many.
