MG Introduced New Alloy Wheels For Hector

MG recently introduced an update for the Hector in the Indian market even though they have made significant design tweaks, the company didn’t update the design of alloy wheels. Now they have silently updated the design of 18-inch wheels as the new one comes with a swirl dual-tone finish but the 17-inch wheels remain the same. The entry-level Style variant doesn’t get alloy wheels but the Shine comes with 17-inch alloy wheels.

The Hector petrol model is powered by a 1.5 L turbo petrol engine producing 141 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and a CVT automatic. The diesel engine is tried and tested 2.0 L unit, which comes from Jeep and produces 168 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque but is available only with a 6-speed gearbox. If MG introduces the Hector with an automatic gearbox then the sales will definitely improve.
