By Mercedes Benz officially launched the AMG C63 Coupe in India at Rs. 1.33 Crore (Ex-Showroom). The updated model comes to India via CBU route and the earlier C63 was available in four-door saloon body style while this one is available only as a two-door coupe model. One of the major change is the introduction of new AMG grille on the C63.
The performance coupe comes with LED headlamps at the front with aggressive bumper while the cuts and curves on the side give a sporty look for the coupe. Mercedes offers 18-inch wheels as standard with 19-inch AMG alloy wheels as an option. The rear gets LED tail lamps along with a lip spoiler and a new bumper with the quad exhaust.
The interior of the C63 Coupe is finished in a black and red colour theme. The performance coupe comes with a flat-bottom steering wheel, bucket seats, carbon fibre inserts and more. The instrument cluster is fully digital and comes with lots of customising option too. The infotainment system has been updated with new graphics.
The heart of the AMG C63 Coupe is BS6 4.0 L Bi-Turbo V8 engine as it produces 469 hp and 650 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to 9-speed automatic gearbox and it comes with six driving modes – Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Race and Individual. 0-100 kph in just four seconds and the top speed is limited to 250 kph.
