By KTM revealed the all-new 2024 range of RC models globally. The changes for the RC 125, RC 200, and RC 390 are in color options rather than mechanical updates. Let’s start with the entry-level variant of the RC series which is the RC 125 as it comes in two new colour options – Blue/Orange and Black/White. This new color scheme is said to be inspired by the KTM Factory Racing team’s RC16 as it gives a distinctive new look to the RC 125 along with a tinted visor and gloss black finish for the wheels.
The RC 200 is available in two new color options – blue with orange and black and white. These colors are inspired by the KTM RC 8C superbike and the company hasn’t made any other changes to the performance bike. The RC 390 also comes in two new color options the first one is white and orange with a big RC decal on the fairing. In the second color option, orange is dominant but there are black slashes on the fairing and tank and a black front fender. These color options give a fresh look to the motorcycle.
Mechanically, KTM hasn’t made any changes to the motorcycle. The RC 390 is powered by a 373.27cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, this engine produces 42.9 bhp of power and 37 Nm of torque. This pocket rocket engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch, assist and a quick shifter too. The suspension duties are taken care of by upside-down forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels and dual-channel ABS is standard. The India launch of the new RC series is expected to take place soon.
