By The Kia has unveiled the EV 9 in the country for the first time at the Auto Expo 2023. The electric vehicle is likely to become the flagship electric vehicle of the brand above the EV6. KIA has already teased the vehicle prior to the autoexpo. Kia is bringing up quite an impressive vehicle line up in the autoexpo and the EV9 is one of the highlight of the Kia pavilion. The vehicle has got a lot of potential in the market with its styling and ability to become one kind of a rugged SUV.
The vehicle has got a boxy design yet is futuristic with the signature ‘tiger nose’ grille with a blanked-out panel, sporting individual LED light modules and a Z-shaped headlamp cluster. The interior of the vehicle has got minimal styling that was seen in the cousin Hyundai Ioniq model with a twin-screen infotainment layout and features a segment class popup steering wheel. The interior of the vehicle is built using sustainable products. since the vehicle is larger than the KIA Telluride SUV it will be offered in a 3-row seating configuration.The details on the battery pack are not yet revealed by the brand hence it is expected to be offered in a 77 kWh battery pack that is expected to give a range of 500 km. The EV9 is expected to offer both two-wheel drive and all-wheel drive drivetrain.
