Hyundai Venue Facelift Rendering, Inspired From Santa Fe

Hyundai Venue made its global debut last year and the model has been a huge success for the company around the world. The facelift model of Venue is still sometimes way but renderings have already started to reach the Internet. The rendering took inspirations from the recently revealed Santa Fe facelift as the front grille design is wider than the current model with a different pattern while the projector headlamps have been swapped for LEDs.

The T-shape LED DRL from the Santa Fe also makes its debut on the Venue. The bumper also gets a new design and it is different from the India-spec model as it is based on the US model. On the side, we are not expecting much changes except for the new alloy wheels. The rear gets tweaked LED tail lamps and a new bumper to round off the exterior changes. We can expect Hyundai to introduce some new colour options too.

The interior of Venue is modern and in line with other Hyundai models, so the changes might be subtle like a larger touch screen infotainment system. Hyundai might offer a new instrument cluster with a fully digital option on top-spec variants. The compact SUV will be packed with some new features from the Creta and Verna. Hyundai Venue is the first connected car model in its segment and the company might update it too.

In India, Hyundai is offering the Venue with three engine options. The 1.2 L Kappa petrol engine puts out 82 PS of power and 115 Nm of torque while the diesel engine is 1.5 L unit producing 99 hp and 240 Nm. The Venue also comes with a 1.0 L turbo petrol engine with 118 hp and 172 Nm. The transmission options include manual, DCT and Torque Converter. Hyundai Venue competes against Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Mahindra XUV 300 and Tata Nexon.
