Hyundai Creta Waiting Period Extend To 5 Months

Hyundai officially launched the Creta facelift earlier this month and it has been a huge success for the company. According to new reports, the waiting period for the Creta extends to more than 5 months, which is incredible considering that the model was introduced 10 days back. The Creta offers lots of different engine and gearbox combinations as customers have the option to choose from 19 different variants. The most popular option is diesel which is available in either manual or automatic, which has a waiting period of 4-5 months depending on the City.

The turbo petrol variants are also in hot demand as most of the variant’s waiting period extends to more than 3-4 months, which is surprising considering that this engine is for enthusiasts who focus more on performance rather than efficiency. While the least popular option is the 1.5 L naturally aspirated petrol engine. Hyundai introduced the Creta is seven different colour options and the reports indicate that the Abyss Black is the most popular option while the Titan Grey is on the other end as customers didn’t like it much.

The Creta is loaded with features like dual-zone climate control, an 8-way electrically adjustable driver seat, an electronic parking brake and more. For the first time, the Creta gets level-II ADAS and comes with connected car features. The Creta is powered by a 1.5 L naturally aspirated petrol engine with 115 PS, a 1.5 L diesel engine with 116 PS and a 1.5 L turbo petrol engine with 160 PS. The gearbox options include manual and automatic gearbox options. Hyundai is planning to expand the lineup with N-Line and EV variants.
