By Honda is working on a Creta-rival SUV for some time and the prototype has been spotted for the first time earlier this year. The upcoming SUV is going to be the most important model for Honda as the future is in the hands of this model. According to new reports, the Creta rival SUV will make its global debut in June this year and the market entry could happen sometime towards the festival season to maximise the sales potential.
The SUV will be based on the fifth-generation City platform as dynamics are well sorted on this platform, which will help the SUV to keep an eye on the European competitors. The design theme will be bold and gives lots of road presence like competitors while the interior is going to be packed with features. Honda might offer ADAS features too and it will be the first model to offer this. The engine lineup will be shared with City so diesel won’t be offered.
