By The government of India will host the first edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo on February 1-3, 2024 and it will held at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre in Delhi, which covers over 10 lakh sq. feet. The focus will be on innovation and sustainability as the expo will feature lots of concept vehicles, electric vehicle (EV) charging, battery technology, urban mobility solutions, autonomous driving technology, and different powertrains. More than 600 brands from over 50 countries are expected to participate in the expo.
So many automobile manufacturers are participating in this year’s expo including BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Toyota, among others. Mercedes-Benz India has confirmed that the company will showcase the EQG SUV concept and the facelifts of the GLA and the AMG GLE 53 Coupe. Two-wheeler manufacturers are also coming to the expo, which includes Ather, Bajaj, Hero, Yamaha, and Royal Enfield. International representation comes in the form of Vinfast, a Vietnamese company that recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government for a massive EV manufacturing plant.
Knowledge sessions and workshops on electrification, circular economy, battery safety, and EV infrastructure will be part of the event. Additionally, the ACMA-Automechanika 2024 show will feature auto component manufacturers from over 12 countries, showcasing their products and contributing to the multifaceted experience that the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 promises to be. Apart from automobile the expo will also showcase drones along with battery swapping stations and many more are lined up.
