By Tata Motors is one of the fastest growing automobile manufacturers in the country as the Indian manufacturer has been posting really good growth, especially on the back of a strong festival season. But in November, the company was not able to match the same level of positive growth as last couple of months but still numbers are strong. Tata Motors sold 46,058 units in November 2023 compared to 46,037 units in the same month last year as Year-on-Year growth is 0.05 per cent while the difference is just 21 units.
When we compare the sales of October 2023, Tata Motors registered negative growth of 4.71 per cent and sales have come down by 2279 units. This could be due to the festival season rush in October as most of the manufacturers are experiencing a similar trend. Tata Motors is gearing up to introduce new models to continue the sales growth as the recent launches like the Nexon ICE and EV facelift models are doing well as they are currently the best-selling models in its segment, which is impressive for the Indian brand.
Tata Motors also introduced refreshed versions of both Harrier and Safari in the Indian market. The changes to both these modes are focused on aesthetics rather than mechanical as these changes give an upmarket look to the SUVs. In the coming months, Tata Motors is planning to launch the Punch EV, which is expected to bring strong sales numbers as it will be one of the most affordable electric vehicles in the market. This will be followed up with models like Curvv is also coming in 2024.
