Force To Introduce Updated Gurkha With More Features

Force Gurkha is one of the best off-roaders in the market which is affordable and caters to a niche set of customers. Over the years, Force introduced many updates for the Gurkha which made it better. Now the company is planning to introduce another update for the Gurkha in the Indian market which will focus on both aesthetics and mechanical changes. The outside rearview mirrors can be controlled from the inside and they can be folded from outside. The headlamps and indicators will get a grille for rigid look.

The current infotainment system is not the best which is why Force has decided to bring an update for the unit and the new system is expected to be much better with excellent touch response. We can expect the company to add modern features like wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The current analogue cluster with digital MID in the middle is going to be completely replaced with a new digital instrument cluster as it will provide lots more information as well as give a modern look.

Another feature that is coming to the Gurkha is Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) which is very useful, especially during off-roading. The mechanical updates for the new Gurkha include a better four-wheel drive system as we have already seen the test mule of Gurkha with shift-on-fly toggle switch unlike the proper low-range gear. The Gurkha will be powered by an updated 2.6 L diesel engine with 90 PS and 250 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
