Range Rover Sport is available in four variants – Dynamic SE, Dynamic HSE, Autobiography and First Edition. The Range Rover Sport comes with two engine options – a 3.0-litre diesel engine and a 3.0-litre petrol engine, the P400 petrol engine produces 400 hp and 550 Nm of torque and the D350 diesel engine produces 350 hp and 700 NM of torque, and both the engines are mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearboxes. The Sport is built on the state-of-the-art MLA Flex platform which provides it with great capability, performance and handling as well as better efficiency with the mild hybrid straight-six units.
The vehicle features dynamic air suspension, Pre-Emptive air suspension, and electronic active differential with torque vectoring by braking and adaptive off-road cruise control. This increases the vehicle’s capability more as a hardcore SUV and also a comfortable Luxury vehicle. The Range Rover Sport is huge and looks aggressive the short overhangs and large wheels compliment the SUV’s aggressive road presence with more distinctive styling than the regular Range Rover, the headlights and grille are slimmer and the front bumper features sporty air intake.
The SUV all overtakes a minimalist profile. In India, the dynamic styling pack is standard and adds bronze accents all around and the wheel size ranges from 21 inches to 23 inches. The rear is differentiated with slim horizontal wraparound tail lamps, the tailgate is a single unit. The interior looks modern, which creates an impression of lightness strength and space. The model gets additional space, integrated with intuitive technology as well as intelligent connectivity. The vehicle features a 33.27 cm haptic touchscreen which is positioned at the centre of the modernist dashboard and controls everything from navigation to media and vehicle settings.
