Toyota Fortuner facelift model is expected to make its global debut on June 4th in Thailand. The updated model has been spotted testing on public roads so many different times and here is a rendering based on the spy shots. The Japanese manufacturer is expected to make minor changes for the Fortuner. The front gets revised headlamps with integrated LED DRLs and the projector setup might be replaced by LEDs on top-end variants.

The designers will make minor tweaks for the front grille while the bumper will be completely new with redesigned fog lamps housing and it will be LEDs or projectors. The side gets new alloy wheels while the rear comes with tweaked tail lamps and a new bumper. The interior is likely to be similar to the current model but the instrument cluster and infotainment system will be updated. We can expect some new features too.

The Fortuner is not expected to get major mechanical changes and the engines will continue to use the current BS6 2.7 L and 2.8 L diesel engines. The 2.7 L petrol engine puts out 164 hp and 245 Nm while the 2.8 L diesel engine produces 177 PS of power and 420 Nm with a 6-speed manual and 450 Nm with 6-speed automatic gearbox.
