Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to redefine the adventure motorcycling segment with its next-generation XPulse. The Indian motorcycle manufacturer is currently in the development phase of the XPulse 210, set to hit the Indian market in the coming year. Recent spy shots from North India have unveiled a fully camouflaged prototype of the upcoming XPulse 210. The most exciting revelation is the inclusion of a brand-new 210cc liquid-cooled engine under the hood, a powerplant that first made its appearance in the Karizma XMR.
This potent engine is capable of churning out a peak power of 25bhp, accompanied by a peak torque of 20.4Nm at 7,250rpm. To harness this power, Hero has paired the engine with a smooth six-speed gearbox. At first glance, the spied XPulse appeared quite similar to the current model. However, it’s highly likely that Hero will unleash a wave of significant styling changes upon its official launch. While cost-effectiveness may lead to some shared components with the existing XPulse, the question of whether Hero MotoCorp will retain the same chassis for the 210cc variant remains unanswered.
Enthusiasts and adventure-seekers eagerly await the public debut of the new XPulse 210, expected to grace the market in the coming year. Excitement is further fueled by the impending launch of a brand-new 440cc motorcycle from Hero early next year, hinting at the brand’s commitment to expanding its product portfolio and catering to the diverse preferences of motorcycle enthusiasts. As the development of the XPulse 210 continues, Hero MotoCorp remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of adventure motorcycling in India.
