By Citroen officially kick-started its India innings with the launch of the C5 Aircross SUV earlier this month, even though bookings started last month. The company has commenced deliveries of the C5 Aircross across the country. The dealerships are called La Maison, which is known as Home of Citroen and the manufacturer is following all the COVID protocols for the delivery of the SUV. The French manufacturer currently has 10 dealerships across the country.
The company is betting big on online as customers can book the C5 Aircross from anywhere in the country and the SUV will be delivered to their home as the customer doesn’t need to visit the dealership for anything during the booking process. Even with the dealership, Citroen is focusing on the Phygital approach as the interior design is unique with big screens and bright colour theme to give a different experience for the customer.
The C5 Aircross is available in two variants – Feel and Shine, the entry-level Feel variant is priced at Rs. 29.90 lakh and Rs. 31.90 lakh for the Shine. Even the entry-level variant is packed with lots of features and customers who have pre-booked the C5 Aircross comes with special offers too. The SUV is powered by a 2.0 L diesel engine with 177 hp and 400 Nm, this engine is mated to 8-speed automatic gearbox and a four-wheel-drive system is not offered.
