This extended warranty is exclusively available to customers who purchase the Pro Pack, adding significant value to their ownership experience. Currently, Ather scooters come with a standard warranty of five years or 60,000 km. With the new extended program, Pro Pack users can extend this coverage by an additional three years or 20,000 km. This initiative addresses critical aspects of battery longevity, ensuring customers receive enhanced protection and peace of mind.
The extended warranty provides comprehensive benefits, including protection against battery deep discharge, which is particularly helpful if the scooter is left idle for extended periods. It also assures 70% battery health for up to eight years, covers all labour costs for warranty claims, and is transferable in case the scooter is sold to a new owner. Customers opting for the Pro Pack can avail of this extended warranty by paying an additional ₹4,999. The Pro Pack itself brings several premium features that enhance the riding experience, including advanced riding modes, guide-me-home lights, coasting regenerative braking for improved efficiency, and real-time navigation. It also includes ride statistics, theft notifications, and inter-city parking access, making it a comprehensive offering for modern urban mobility.
