2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Launched In India, Price Starts At Rs. 1.84 Lakh

Royal Enfield finally launched the much-awaited new generation of Classic 350 in India at the starting price of Rs. 1.84 lakh. The Classic 350 is one of the most successful motorcycles of the company and fans have been waiting eagerly for the introduction of the new model. The motorcycle gets an evolutionary design theme as the headlamp design is slightly new along with updated pilot lamps on either side of the headlamp while the fork size has been increased to 41 mm from 36 mm, which makes the Classic looks beefier.

The wheels are 19-inch but the tyre has been upgraded from 90/90 to 100/90 while the rear tyre is also bigger. The company has also updated the brakes as the front get a 300 mm disc and a 270 mm disc at the rear. Royal Enfield offers dual-channel ABS on dual-disc variants but the disc and drum models come with single-channel ABS as standard. The Dark Stealth and Gun Metal Grey come with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres as part of the standard features while other variants get spoke wheels for a retro feel.

Everyone was asking for an update for the instrument cluster and finally, Royal Enfield updated the cluster on Classic 350 as the new model come with a redesigned speedometer which is analogue and there is a new MID below it for trip metre, odometer and fuel gauge as it has been missing for a long time. Royal Enfield has also added tripper navigation, which made its debut on Meteor but it is not part of the standard feature and customers can add it during the booking, which adds a new display.

The Classic 350 won’t be available with a kick-start instead electric start will be standard and the button is shared with Meteor. The seats have been upgraded for better comfort and the rear gets a new tail lamp. The Classic 350 is powered by a 349 cc single-cylinder engine from Meteor and it produces 20.2 bhp of power and 27 Nm of torque, this engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield offers the Classic 350 in five variants – Redditch, Halcyon, Signals, Dark and Chrome. The bookings for the new model starts from today across the country.
